Seralago Hotel And Suites Maingate

I have stayed here numerous times. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They have great security that is visible 24/7.

Had everything you needed. Restaurants, pool, many rooms available, places to walk to Old Town, family oriented.

This was our 2nd stay with Seralago and everyone made our stay as pleasant as it were our 1st stay. Down to the man who ran the tourist information area. Next time we are in the area this will be the hotel we will be staying at again! ...read more

Great place for families 2 nice pools, a large outdoor hot tub and a playground. The lobby area had a arcade for the kids and a restaurant. The only complaints I have about the hotel was the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like. There was pink colored mold behind the door in the corner. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which makes it harder for the moisture to evaporate which is probably the reason for the mold, but it should be cleaned. The room itself was comfortable, fairly quiet and the beds were moderately comfortable.

Great hotel, if you just need a place to crash between park visits. Outdated furnishings in rooms and lobby, but clean.

The location was great and staff friendly but had roaches in my room and the room smelled of mold and no coffee pots in room. no free coffee in lobby but store on premises was moderately priced. It was a

It had a playground and pool, but the room was so bad it ruined the stay. Other hotels have high speed internet in the rooms; this one did not and even charged for local phone calls! I haven’t seen that in years! The room was old and smelled funny, the AC was very loud. The door lock seemed flimsy like it could be easily broken into.

We needed a hotel close to Old Town for a night. We were met with a lobby filled with 20-something old decor and run-down facades on all of the different areas. We had to wait for quite a while for the front desk clerk to finish up with a group. The manager stepped up and took our check-in and was very kind and quick. We stayed at the ground floor at the very back building. Other than being an incredibly long walk back to the room, the room was quite clean and neat.
